Where does EngraVape deliver?

We deliver to all addresses within the 48 contiguous states of the United States via USPS.

How does EngraVape deliver?

After we have engraved your new shell and packed your order, the shipment is handed over to the USPS crew who makes daily pickups in our lab in northern New Jersey. Once your package is in the USPS system, the package can be tracked with real-time visibility until it is received by a recipient.

Delivery Schedule

EngraVape ships every day via USPS. We do not ship on weekends and national holidays when there is no USPS service. It normally takes 24 hours for us to process your order depending on our current workloads. (We ship 6 days a week that include Mondays through Saturdays, except holidays.) On very rare occasions, we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you an available date to ship by email.

Processing time

Orders received between Monday and Saturday are usually processed by the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Sunday are processed by the following business day.

You can always track the real-time status of your order online at Usps.com or by the tracking number we sent you via email.
* Shipment Status may not be updated until the arrival of the package to the USPS Hub.
* If you can't locate any tracking or delivery information about your package, please contact us.
NOTICE: *A package with an incomplete address (e.g. missing an apartment number) may experience delays or returns and will be subject to an Address Correction charge.
