Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re always here to work with you and make things right.
You have seven (7) calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. Custom design shells are not eligible for a return or refund.
All Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return
- Your items cannot have any signs of wear or tear and be in its original condition.
- Your return package must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returning item must be in its original condition and include all accessories that came with it.
As soon as we receive your return, we will reach out letting you know we received your item(s).
We will immediately inspect your item and notify you of the status on your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds depend on your card issuer’s policy but usually take anywhere from 3-5 business days to reflect on your bank statement.
Shipping Your Return
You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs related to your return.
